CURRENT REVOLVING LINE UP
Steve began playing both as a solo artist and with his own band back in 1978. He has toured extensively with his own bands and opened for many major acts including Paul Davis also from Meridian. He also toured with and opened for Keith Sykes of MCA records. He has played guitar and harmonica with a number of different bands since then. Steve took a few years off from playing live when he began practicing entertainment law on Music Row in Nashville where he worked with a number of different national and international acts. However, he continued to write songs and work in his studio, The Labyrinth, where he recorded a number of different musicians including Will Kimbrough, John Keane, and Todd Snider. He moved back to Meridian to take on a number of different music projects including founding High Cotton Records and writing a book – “The Truth About the Music Business”. He has written hundreds of songs and has just finished his latest record—“True Meridian”. He is currently working on his next record which will include a number of songs: "She's Beginning to See", "Trailer Trash Barbie", "If fate could only hear" and many more...
